ALEC Releases 2015 State Economic Competitiveness Index, TaxAnalysts.com (April 8, 2015)**
The American Legislative Exchange Council has released the 2015 edition of its Rich States, Poor States economic outlook ranking, finding the states with the best economic outlook for 2015 were Utah, North Dakota, and Indiana, while the states with the worst outlook were New York, Vermont, and Minnesota. Kentucky, Illinois, and Oklahoma had the largest gains in rank over last year, while Michigan, Delaware, and Pennsylvania fell the farthest on the scale.
