The Georgia Department of Revenue has withdrawn proposed amendments to a rule on the qualified research expenses tax credit which would have clarified how the credit would be applied against withholding tax payments. - Georgia Governor vetoes bill intended to exempt inputs from sales tax, TaxAnalysts (May 7, 2013)**
Georgia Gov.
